Zazzle's regular shipping is ridiculously slow. It is taking at least 7 business days to ship from Kansas to Michigan. Even USPS could deliver this package faster. Zazzle offers faster shipping but it is exorbitantly priced over actual delivery cost Zazzle is price gouging it's customers.

I'm not sure how they will stay in business with this shipping approach. I placed An order on May 5, with an expected delivery date of May On June 9, I sent a message to customer service about the late delivery. After four days inrecieved a response that they would let the production line know, but no information to n regarding my expected deliver date. Received my Hotel Accommodation detail cards in the mail today. Surprised at how small the print was but they are beautiful so I was happy. Went to put them in the invitation envelopes and "optional text on back" was printed on every one. There was no option to delete the phrase so now I'm stuck with these and no time to order new ones.

The cancellation email stated that it was in conflict with their content guidelines But then offered to sell me some of their officially licensed Zazzle merchandise. I gave my order to minted. I will not waste my time with Zazzle again. So disappointed.
